Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes - you can start a 7-day free trial of the Basic plan. You add a card to start, but you're not charged during the trial; it then continues on Basic unless you cancel before it ends. Upgrade to Intermediate whenever you're ready (Enterprise is via Contact Sales).
What's the difference between the plans?
Basic gives you a Voice AI receptionist and a website chat widget on our Standard voices. Intermediate adds SMS AI, Advanced voices, knowledge base, campaigns, Workflow AI automation and live call transfer to a human (up to 3 agents, numbers and widgets). Enterprise adds Premium voices, WhatsApp/Messenger/Instagram, live monitoring with human takeover, outbound AI calling and building workflows with AI (with elevated limits on agents, numbers and widgets).
How are voice minutes counted?
Each plan includes a monthly pool of AI voice minutes - Basic 300, Intermediate 1,500 and an elevated allowance on Enterprise. Phone calls draw from this pool; SMS and website/social chat don't use voice minutes. If you run low, turn on voice auto-top-up so the AI keeps answering (see below).
How many texts (SMS) are included?
Intermediate includes 1,000 outbound SMS per month and Enterprise an elevated allowance (Basic doesn't include SMS). That pool covers campaign texts, replies you send from the inbox, AI auto-replies and appointment reminders. Inbound texts don't count. If you reach the limit you can buy an SMS top-up pack, or it resumes next month.
What happens when I run out of minutes or texts?
You're covered with optional top-ups, managed from Settings → Subscription. For voice, switch on auto-top-up with a monthly spend cap you set - we buy more minutes automatically before the line goes quiet, so your AI never stops answering mid-month. For SMS, buy top-up packs whenever you need them. Top-up credits roll over until used, and website chat replies are bundled generously so there's nothing extra to buy.
How many calls can my AI handle at the same time?
Your AI answers several callers at once: Basic handles up to 2 simultaneous calls, Intermediate up to 5 and Enterprise an elevated number. If every line is busy, extra callers are invited to leave a voicemail - it's transcribed and lands in your inbox and your email, so you never miss them.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Upgrade or downgrade from Settings → Subscription. Upgrades are prorated, so if you move up mid-cycle you only pay the difference - you're credited for the time left on your current plan.
Can the AI speak languages other than English?
Yes. Each agent has a language setting - English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch or Portuguese - or 'Multilingual', where it replies in whatever language the customer uses. Non-English speech sounds most natural on the Advanced voices (Intermediate) and Premium voices (Enterprise).
Do I need my own phone number or domain?
You claim a UK number inside the app, and you can connect your own email domain for sending - both are guided, no code required.
