Plans and allowances
What each plan includes and how the monthly allowances work.
1.The plans
- Free trial: 7 days of Basic. You add a card to start but aren't charged until it ends - cancel anytime.
- Basic: the Voice AI receptionist with all 45 voices and accents, a website chat widget, phone number, client database, appointments and your team.
- Intermediate: adds SMS AI, the knowledge base, Workflow AI automation, SMS and email campaigns, live call transfer to a human, and up to 3 agents, numbers, widgets and businesses.
- Enterprise: adds the website avatar, WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, live monitoring with human takeover, outbound AI calling, building workflows with AI, and integrations - with limits set to suit you.
2.Monthly allowances
- Voice minutes: 1,000 on Basic, 2,000 on Intermediate and an elevated allowance on Enterprise. Phone and widget calls draw from this pool.
- SMS: 500 on Intermediate and an elevated allowance on Enterprise (Basic has no SMS). Campaigns, inbox replies, AI auto-replies and reminders count; inbound texts don't.
- Avatar minutes: 300 a month on Enterprise, metered separately.
- Allowances are pooled across all the businesses on your account.
