Security and your data
Two-factor sign-in, an activity trail, and self-serve data export or deletion.
1.Turn on two-factor sign-in
- 1Open Settings → Account → Security.
- 2Click “Set up two-factor authentication”.
- 3Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password and similar all work).
- 4Enter the 6-digit code it shows to confirm.
Tip: Tick “Trust this device” when you sign in to skip the code on that device for 30 days. Remove trusted devices from the same page at any time.
2.Activity and your data
- The Security section lists recent account activity: password and two-factor changes, data exports, deletion requests and new integrations.
- Settings → Account → Privacy & data downloads everything we hold about your account as a JSON file.
- The same section schedules account deletion, with a grace period and an emailed link to cancel if you change your mind.
Important: See an action you don't recognise? Change your password straight away.
