Usage and top-ups
Keep the AI answering when your monthly minutes or texts run out.
1.Never run out of voice minutes
Once your included minutes are used, calls stop being answered - unless you have top-up minutes.
- 1Open Settings → Subscription.
- 2Under “Voice top-up pack”, click Buy.
- 3Pay on the secure checkout. The minutes are added to your account straight away.
Tip: Top-up credits roll over and are only used after your included minutes, so nothing you buy goes to waste.
2.Extra texts
In Settings → Subscription, buy an SMS top-up pack whenever you need one. Basic has no SMS allowance, so this appears from Intermediate up.
Note: The Reports page shows voice minutes and SMS used against your allowance - check it before deciding whether to top up or move plan.
