  1. 1Create a catch hook in Zapier or Make (or prepare your own endpoint) and copy its URL.
  2. 2Paste the URL into the Webhooks & Zapier card in Integrations and save.
  3. 3Bookings, calls and handovers are now sent there as they happen.

3.Web forms and lead capture

  1. 1Click “Create link” on the Web forms & lead capture card. It makes a private link for this business.
  2. 2Point your website form, Typeform or Facebook lead ads at that link.
  3. 3Each enquiry becomes a client and gets an instant reply.

4.Google reviews

Paste your Google review link into the Google reviews card. After each appointment, the client gets one friendly nudge to leave a review.
