1.Options

Slack

Get a message in your Slack channel the moment the AI books someone, misses a call or is asked for a human.

Telegram

Chat

Get a Telegram message the moment the AI books someone, a new enquiry arrives or a customer asks for a human.

2.Connect Slack

  1. 1Open Integrations in the sidebar.
  2. 2On the Slack card, click “Connect”.
  3. 3Sign in to the account you want to use and approve the access it asks for.
  4. 4Choose the channel the messages should go to.
  5. 5You're brought back to Integrations with the card marked as connected.

3.Connect Telegram

  1. 1In Telegram, message @BotFather and create a bot: give it a name and a username ending in “bot”. It sends you a token.
  2. 2Open Integrations and paste the token into the Telegram card.
  3. 3Open your bot in Telegram and press Start, then come back to the card and confirm.
