Invoice a client from their appointment in one click.

1.Options

Stripe Invoicing

Invoice a client from their appointment in one click. Stripe emails them a pay link and the money goes to your account.

Xero

Invoicing

Invoice a client from their appointment straight into your Xero books. Xero emails them the invoice with a pay-online link.

2.Connect Stripe Invoicing

  1. 1Open Integrations in the sidebar.
  2. 2On the Stripe Invoicing card, click “Connect”.
  3. 3Sign in to the account you want to use and approve the access it asks for.
  4. 4You're brought back to Integrations with the card marked as connected.

3.Connect Xero

  1. 1Open Integrations in the sidebar.
  2. 2On the Xero card, click “Connect”.
  3. 3Sign in to the account you want to use and approve the access it asks for.
  4. 4Tick the organisation you want to invoice from.
  5. 5You're brought back to Integrations with the card marked as connected.

4.Send an invoice

Once connected, open an appointment and choose to invoice the client. The invoice is raised on your own account and emailed with a pay-online link; the money goes to you.
