Run several businesses
Two shops, clinics or salons from one login, each with its own diary, clients and team.
1.Add a second business
Each business keeps its own calendar, clients, team, services, agents and numbers, on one subscription.
- 1In the left sidebar, click the business switcher just under the logo.
- 2Choose “Add a business”, give it a name, and it opens ready to set up.
- 3Claim its number, build its agents and add its team and services exactly as you did for the first one.
- 4Use the same switcher to move between businesses - everything on screen follows the one you're in.
Tip: Basic covers 1 business; Intermediate allows up to 3 and Enterprise up to 20, with your minutes and texts pooled across them.
2.Which settings belong where
- Account (shared): Profile, Businesses, Appearance, Security and Privacy & data.
- Business (the one you're in): Business details, Email sender, Appointment messages, Team, Services and Call & chat handling.
- Subscription: your plan and its pooled allowances.
