Voices and languages

Pick from 45 natural voices and accents, and choose the language your agent speaks.

1.Pick and preview a voice

Choose the voice that suits your business. Every voice is on every plan, and you can change it at any time.

  1. 1Open Voice & SMS AI and edit your agent (or create a new one).
  2. 2Open the voice dropdown. “With an accent” has named voices such as Nora (British) or Callum (Scottish); “Natural voices” has the plain voices.
  3. 3Use the play button to hear a short sample.
  4. 4Save, then place a test call to hear it on a real call.

Tip: Whichever voice you pick, your agent still introduces itself as an AI assistant.

2.Languages

Each agent has a language setting: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch or Portuguese. Choose “Multilingual” and it replies in whatever language each caller uses. Every voice can speak every language.
