Bookings with automatic confirmations, reminders and rebooking prompts.
1.Bookings
- Add the client's phone and optional email when creating an appointment, or link an existing client.
- Assign a team member. If they have an email on file, they're notified straight away, and again if you reassign it.
2.Client messages
- Confirmations are sent the moment a booking is made, by SMS and/or email where those details are available.
- Clients receive a 24-hour reminder and a rebooking prompt afterwards.
- Edit separate SMS and Email templates in Settings → Appointment messages. SMS messages need Intermediate or above.
- Add and verify your sending domain in Settings → Email sender so emails come from your own address.
