Clients and campaigns
A built-in client database with segments, plus campaigns to reach them.
1.Clients
- Everyone who calls or chats is saved automatically. Add people by hand too.
- Segments (new, regular, VIP, lapsed) update as clients interact.
- Each client record shows every call, chat, text, email and appointment.
- “Do not contact by phone” and “Do not email” keep campaigns lawful; unsubscribes are applied automatically.
2.Campaigns (Intermediate)
- Send SMS and email campaigns to everyone, a segment, or a hand-picked list.
- Outbound AI calling (Enterprise) places reminder and follow-up calls - voicemail-aware, within sensible calling hours, and respecting each client's do-not-call setting.
