Team members

The people customers can book with, offered by name.

1.How it works

Manage your team in Settings → Team: name, optional role and optional email.
In each agent and chat widget, tick which team members it may offer. The AI only names the ones you select.
The AI records who the customer chose on the booking.
Hide someone to remove them from booking without losing past appointments; remove them to delete them.
Members with an email are notified whenever an appointment is booked with them.
