1.What it does

A visitor clicks the launcher and talks to a face instead of typing. It listens, answers out loud from your own information, and books the appointment.
Choose a face from the gallery, then a name, voice, language and greeting.
Attach a knowledge base and add personality and rules of your own, exactly as for a voice agent.
Let it see the calendar and book appointments; bookings land in Appointments like any other.
Install it with the one-line snippet before the closing </body> tag - the same install as the chat widget.

Avatar minutes are metered separately from voice minutes because a video session costs more to run.
Enterprise includes 300 a month, pooled across your businesses. On Intermediate, the avatar add-on (£49 a month) includes 150. The Avatar page shows how many you have used.
When the month's allowance is gone the avatar stops starting new sessions, while calls, chat and texts carry on. Buy 100 extra minutes for £25 under Settings, Subscription; top-up minutes roll over.
