1.How it works

Manage your catalogue in Settings → Services: name, optional price (free text, e.g. “£35” or “from £20”) and optional description.
In each agent and chat widget, tick which services it may offer.
The AI quotes the prices you set and sticks to your list. Asked for something you don't offer, it says so and suggests the closest option or takes a message.
Hide a service to stop offering it without deleting it.
