1.How many you get
- Basic includes one number; Intermediate up to 3 and Enterprise more.
- Each number handles calls and texts, and is attached to one agent.
2.Managing numbers
- Search available numbers, add the holder details, and claim one in a few clicks.
- Enterprise can forward an existing business number so the AI answers it.
- Use Re-sync if a number ever looks out of step with the calling platform.
- You can't release a number while it's connected to an agent - detach it first. Releasing frees it from your account.
